Freedom CIG declares that the deal is open to funding, in most cases by means of electronic mail. You review the investment summary deck and decide to invest.
You make your soft commitment, informing Freedom CIG how much you’d like to invest. Freedom CIG confirms your spot within the deal and sends you the PPM (Private Placement Memorandum)
After signing the PPM, Wale will review and sign his part, then send you the bank information to make the deposit.
After you deposit your investment amount to the provided bank account, you will receive a confirmation email and your participation will be activated. Now you may sit down returned and await the cash flow to begin rolling in.
You will begin receiving monthly updates once the property closes. These monthly updates will include financial records, percentage occupancy and progress of any renovations. Every quarter, you’ll receive a detailed economic file on the property, and each spring all through tax season, you’ll receive of a Schedule K-1 for your taxes, with the intention to file your proportion of the income and losses for the assets.
